locomi provides beauty professionals with a recurring business review service designed to help identify client-growth opportunities, priorities, practical actions, and client-facing copy.

locomi is operated from:

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use locomi.

By purchasing a subscription, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

locomi provides subscribers with a locomi workspace and a Monthly Business Review.

The service may include business analysis, client-growth priorities, practical actions, ready-to-use client-facing copy, and business performance views as applicable to your subscription and available service features.

Your locomi workspace and first Monthly Business Review will be ready within 3 days of payment.

locomi may update or improve the service over time, provided that such changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

locomi currently offers the following subscription options:

Monthly: $79 per month, billed monthly.

Annual: $708 per year, billed annually. The annual price is equivalent to $59 per month when calculated across twelve months.

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until canceled.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information entered during checkout is handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. locomi does not directly collect or store full payment card details through the locomi website.

The amount and billing interval shown at Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase govern your transaction.

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the subscription-management options made available for your subscription.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to the applicable service through the end of that paid period, subject to these Terms.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

To provide the service, locomi may use information that you voluntarily provide in connection with your subscription, business, Monthly Business Review, support requests, or other communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Do not provide information that you are not authorized to share.

As part of providing the service, locomi may review publicly available business information relevant to your professional activity, such as public-facing business profiles, booking information, social media content, or other publicly accessible materials.

locomi does not guarantee that publicly available information is complete, current, or error-free.

locomi provides business, marketing, communication, and client-experience analysis and recommendations.

locomi does not guarantee:

• a specific number of clients;
• increased bookings;
• increased revenue;
• improved retention;
• any particular financial or business result.

Recommendations, analyses, examples, and ready-to-use copy are provided to support your business decisions. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use them.

locomi does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• misuse content in a way that violates another person’s rights;
• provide false or misleading information in connection with the service.

You remain responsible for your own business activities, client communications, professional services, and compliance with laws and industry requirements that apply to you.

The locomi name, product design, service structure, website, proprietary analysis methods, and locomi-created materials are owned by or licensed to locomi unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of information and materials that you own and provide to locomi.

You grant locomi permission to use information and materials you provide only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Ready-to-use materials created specifically for your use through the service may be used by you in connection with your own professional business, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit locomi’s proprietary system, underlying methodology, software, or non-public materials without permission.

locomi may rely on third-party services, including payment, hosting, infrastructure, or web technology providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

locomi is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that their operation is outside locomi’s reasonable control.

We aim to keep locomi available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, security requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, locomi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, locomi makes no guarantee that the service will produce a specific business, financial, marketing, booking, retention, or client outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, locomi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, locomi’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to locomi during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

locomi may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• non-payment;
• material violation of these Terms;
• unlawful or abusive use;
• fraud or security concerns; or
• circumstances requiring suspension under applicable law.

Where reasonably practicable, locomi will provide notice before terminating service for a remediable violation.

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The current version will be posted with its effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Yokohama District Court in Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer right, jurisdiction, or remedy that applies to you and cannot legally be waived.
